Refund Policy
Lemon Squeezy takes the payment and we handle refund requests. This page explains how that works.
14-day money-back guarantee
If Navigator isn't right for you, ask for your money back within 14 days of buying and we'll refund it. This applies to every plan. For Monthly and Yearly, it covers your first payment.
Email [email protected] with your order number and the email you bought with. Refunds are only handled through that address, so a request sent anywhere else may be missed. We issue the refund through Lemon Squeezy to the card or account you paid with, and it can take up to 10 days to show on your statement. Once a refund is issued, your license key stops working at the next license check, so please remove Navigator from your computers.
The 14 days run from the day of purchase. This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under consumer protection law where you live, and it doesn't take them away.
Try it before you pay
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial inside the panel. You get every feature, no card and no account. Use it on a real project first, so you know Navigator works on your footage and your computer before you buy.
What you can do in Lemon Squeezy
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for every sale. You buy from Lemon Squeezy, and we license the software to you. You don't need an account or a password to use it. Go to My Orders, enter the email you bought with, and click the sign-in link it sends you. From there you can:
- See your orders and receipts, and find your license key.
- Manage a Monthly or Yearly subscription, including cancelling it. Cancelling stops future charges and your access ends with the paid period.
There is no refund button in My Orders. Lemon Squeezy tells buyers to ask the seller first, so email us at the address above and we'll take it from there.
Subscriptions
Monthly and Yearly plans renew until you cancel. Cancel at least 48 hours before the end of the current billing period, and the cancellation takes effect at the next payment date. After the first 14 days, Lemon Squeezy's terms say there are no refunds on unused subscription periods.
Perpetual license
The Perpetual plan is one payment for a license key. The 14-day guarantee covers it too.
If something goes wrong
If you were charged the wrong amount or twice, or Navigator doesn't work on your setup, email [email protected] about the money, or [email protected] for help getting it working. Include your order number and, if the panel is misbehaving, the log from .
Sales tax
If you were charged sales tax (VAT, GST or similar) and you are registered for it in your country, you may be able to get that tax back. Lemon Squeezy needs to hear from you within 60 days of the purchase, with a valid tax code for your country.
Before you dispute a charge
Lemon Squeezy's terms ask you to contact it before you raise a chargeback with your bank. Please write to us as well. A message to us is quicker than a dispute, and most billing problems can be solved in one email.
