A wedding project is a card dump of a thousand-plus clips and a highlight film due on Friday. The founder of Narrative Node shoots and edits that work, and the tools weren't built around that load.
So the plugins go after performance and workflow bottlenecks: a panel that can't keep up with a thousand clips, or a task that takes six steps when it should take one.

Your footage stays on your computer
Previews are made locally and nothing is uploaded.

Navigator has no telemetry
It doesn't report what you do. The privacy policy lists what we do collect, which is very little.

Lemon Squeezy handles payment
It is the merchant of record for every sale, so it takes your payment and issues your license key. We never see your card details.

Problems start with a log
Send the log from Settings › Save log with your email. It usually shows the cause straight away.
